We are a privately-owned, professional corporation engaged in the practice of Civil Engineering. Smith & Smith Civil Engineers, P.C., delivers a wide variety of urban development services, including a full array of planning and design services to include land planning, subdivision design, commercial and industrial site design as well as water and sewer system design, just to mention a few. Our name may have changed in 2000, but our goals remain the same, to provide our clients with high-quality engineering services that benefit our clients and the community in which we live.

Originally known as Smith & Smith Land Surveyors, P.C., in Cartersville since 1962 and engineering was added to the list of services in 1987. After the retirement of the founder of Smith & Smith Land Surveyors, P.C., it was decided to separate the engineering services and Smith & Smith Civil Engineers, P.C. was born. Over the years we have had the pleasure of working with thousands of clients and project, well over 16,000 surveying and engineering projects to be exact and still going strong.
